EXCHANGE, RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICIES

Exchanges and returns: 

We are glad that you are part of the Francisca Ferrari World, through the product you have in your hands. If you want to exchange it for another one, we are happy to help you. 

In this regard: 

  • For products purchased in our store and through our website, there is a period of up to 10 days to make changes, which are made with the receipt.  We do not give refunds.
  • Only one change can be made within 10 days of the ticket being issued. After the first change, no more changes can be made.
  • Due to the store's health resolution, the rings cannot be exchanged. No exchanges will be made under any circumstances.
  • Our jewelry is handmade, so there may be some manufacturing defects, but these are not considered defects. They are part of the uniqueness that makes them unique and exclusive. In the case of manufacturing defects, changes or repairs are made once the pieces and their condition have been verified by our experts.
  • Jewelry and clothing must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging, as delivered.
  • Products purchased with gift cards or discounts cannot be exchanged.
  • Shipping costs for changes and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not offer refunds for shipping costs. If your items are damaged upon arrival due to shipping, please take detailed photos of the outside of the box, as well as the packaging materials and the damaged items, and contact us immediately.

Warranties:

  • Jewelry that is damaged due to improper use is exempt from warranty, so any repairs must be paid for. 

Some examples: 

  • cut chain or bracelet. 
  • broken necklace or bracelet clasps - hoop with broken pin or stem.
  • color change due to misuse, care or storage.
  • Worn gold or silver plating (Remember that plating wears out with use, and improper handling, care or storage can help this process happen faster) 
  • broken stones. 


All examples specified above are not included in the warranty.

Any manufacturing defect will be repaired free of charge, as part of our warranty.

If after the jewelry has been repaired, within a period of 30 calendar days, it presents the same defect, the product will be considered for exchange.

Please note that if your jewelry is altered by a third party and any modifications or repairs are made to it, the warranty will be voided.

All our jewellery has a 6-month warranty period, within which you can claim the legal guarantee of the product, as indicated by the Consumer Law.

Please note that the legal guarantee is NOT valid when you do not like the product or it does not fit you in the correct size. We are guided by article 20 of the Consumer Law, provided that the fault is not attributable to misuse by the customer.

Under Article 3 bis of Law 19,496 in force in Chile, Francisca Ferrari Tienda does not apply the right of withdrawal to its customers.
